Api-King provides various API solutions including OTP delivery, identity verification (KYC), and other developer-centric tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service with or without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials.
  • You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. API Usage and Limits

Usage of our APIs is subject to the specific limits defined by your chosen subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary suspension of service or additional charges. We reserve the right to rate-limit or temporarily block users who abuse the system.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Prices are as stated on our website and are subject to change. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Api-King and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Api-King shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
