Api-King provides digital services and API subscriptions. We strive to provide the best possible service to our users. This Refund Policy explains our approach to refunds and cancellations.
2. Subscription Refunds
Generally, all subscription payments made to Api-King are final and non-refundable. Since our services are digital and provide immediate access to API infrastructure and resources, we do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider refund requests in exceptional cases at our sole discretion, such as:
- Proven technical failures on our part that prevented you from using the service for an extended period (greater than 48 hours).
- Duplicate billing due to a processing error.
- Unauthorized transactions that were reported to us within 24 hours of occurrence.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@api-king.com with your transaction details and a clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Following cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
6. Modifications
Api-King reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
